575 KNOT STRENGTH FOR YOUR STANDARD AND HIGH DENSITY BALER

High density baler twine can climb to knot strengths upwards to 750 in today’s market. Many are just made large to hopefully hold the pressures, which has created a very large diameter twine causing many extra service issues with knotters and other wear parts in the twine feeding cycle of the baler.
The best twines on the market, very advanced product used by professionals, has been tested and produces smaller diameter twines while still achieving high tinsel strengths. Nonetheless the 600 knot strength seems to be the point at which many twines diameter physically increases in size and the extra wear on knotter begins.

Adversely, the 400, 500, and 550 knot strength twines have been able to fill this niche but leaving much to be desired.

1. First, many of the stronger twines have had limited colors. This causes issue with other harvest machinery when creme or white twine are left in the field.
2. Second, some balers just have a need to push a higher limit, reaching baler capacity, getting closer to the 600 knot strength and,
3. Finally, the ability to use a similar twine in the high density and in the standard big baler.

This void between the 550 and 600 would definitely need to be extremely consistent and high in tinsel strength, available in high visibility color. Must have spool sizes to fit the Massey Ferguson 2100 and 2200 series balers along with the many standard Big Balers achieving the same results of maximum bale capacity and minimizing brakes and knot slips.
