Discounted UPS Return Label for Repair
Purchase a discounted prepaid UPS return label to send your part to Emerson AG & Industrial for inspection or repair. After your order is received, we will create a UPS label using the package information you provide and email it to the email address on your order.
Select the weight range that includes the total packaged weight, including the box, pallet, packing material, and the part.
- Small repair return label — up to 10 lb [Small brake parts, Small boxed parts, sensors, valves, etc.]
- Standard repair return label — 11–30 lb [Master cylinders, Most typical parts returns]
- Heavy repair return label — 31–50 lb [Controllers Turbochargers, Larger components, etc.]
- Steering Gears – 80 lbs. [Must be boxed sturdy]
- Oversize or 82+ lb “Contact us for quote” [Leaf springs, etc.]
The package must be securely packed, clean, and completely drained of oil, fuel, hydraulic fluid, coolant, and other liquids. Do not purchase this label for batteries, hazardous materials, pressurized items, freight shipments, or packages over 80 lb without contacting us first.
The return-label price covers shipment to Emerson AG & Industrial only. Repair charges, inspection charges, and return shipping after repair are separate unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
If the package is larger, heavier, or different from the information supplied, additional UPS charges may apply. We will contact you before proceeding whenever possible.
