Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Warranty Exchanges
All warranty claims must be sent in for evaluation and are only available to the original purchaser. Warranty claims may result in exchanges or refunds on a case-by-case evaluation by Emerson Ag., LLC.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Shipping fees for the product are the purchaser’s responsibility. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure they are ordering the correct part for their machine.
Refunds
Once an order is placed, the only change that can be made is for a different model of equal or less value BEFORE being processed for shipping. Once an order has been processed for shipping, there will be NO refunds given, only store credit. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to make sure they want the item/s before checking out.
