How do you get your Electronic Controller Repair started?

Call Craig Emerson [Contact US], then email [email protected] with complete details of purchaser and controller. We will produce a Work Order so when you sent to the shop work will commence immediately. [Do not by-pass this or the shop will not do any work] Then, you can send us yours and we will completely rebuild controller to original factory specifications. We will troubleshoot any additional requests to make sure all concerns are completed. [See shipping process below]
PRICE shown is for a standard circuit board updates and malfunction repairs, display replacement and clean-up. Modifications, additional component repairs are extra.
IMPORTANT! You Must Complete Proper Troubleshooting with the Controller on the Bale Wagon. If you have not completed proper troubleshooting on your end BEFORE you send us an assumed malfunctioning control unit, all charges for updates, programs and repairs are non-refundable!

Step	Complete
1. Complete Proper Troubleshooting	Download .PDF file and complete all Troubleshooting before condemning the controller. Note: This is for New Holland 1075-95 Electronic Controller Repair! Check all sensor operation, battery voltage and electronic over hydraulic control valves before replacing Electronic Controller. We will repair the malfunctions of the controller, it is your responsibility to diagnosis that the controller is your breakdown issue. If you send in a controller that is not malfunctioning you will be charged a rate of $150 p/h plus freight.
2. Packaged for shipping	IMPORTANT: package well! Use bubble wrap and a reinforced box. DO NOT USE Popcorn or shredded paper packing! The Controllers are not replaceable, protect yours.
3. Descriptive outline	Write a descriptive outline of all malfunctions including what it IS doing and what it is NOT doing, what error codes are displayed, all troubleshooting performed and any repairs performed during troubleshooting and conclusions. Place this in the box with the Controller. (if you do not include this it may slow your repair down time)

5. Our Job	We will perform all repairs necessary to get your controller back to specifications, no short cuts will be performed and we will not piece meal any job. There is NO SUCH THING as fixing PART of the controller. Note: We will not do a partial or half ass repair. Please do not ask us to. All “Additional” repairs, modifications or parts replacements are only completed AFTER a troubleshoot and complete repair
6. Stuff	Additional charges may apply such as core charge and or deposit for repair. If no problems are found a minimum charge will apply.
7. Billing	Once Controller is repaired we WILL email you an invoice for payment, UPON CLEARED PAYMENT, we will ship back to you. We accept VISA, MC, AMEX, Checks, CASH and Bank Transfer. Return Freight: UPS/FedEx Ground will be insured at the price of your repair invoice for your protection. Keep in mind this protection will increase the return freight charged and will not cover the replacement cost of your controller, only the cost of repair.
